If you are looking for a conference or meeting venue in Ayrshire that offers that little bit of something different, then the stunning Cathedral Ballroom at Western House Hotel is the perfect choice for you.

It enjoys a peaceful setting on the ground floor of the Hotel, with views over the carefully landscaped gardens, with its oriental inspired terraces and bespoke water feature.

Beyond the gardens through a line of mature trees you can also take in views of the adjacent Ayr Racecourse, making this meeting venue that little bit different to the many windowless boxes found in larger city centre hotels.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite at Western House Hotel is the perfect meeting room for team briefings or smaller company meetings.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 70 delegates theatre style or a more intimate 30 delegates in a U shaped table, which is perfect for training and small presentations.

Located overlooking the gardens at Western House Hotel it has that little bit of something different from other city centre hotels.  Beyond the gardens you can also enjoy views over the adjacent Ayr Racecourse and beyond.

The Study

Sometimes finding the perfect venue for that smaller, more intimate meeting can be a challenge. Many rooms in hotels and other venues can be too small, or just not big enough.

The Study at Western House Hotel in Ayr offers a truly flexible meeting space, which is ideal for those more intimate meetings.

It is perfect as an impressive interview venue, where only a handful of delegates are present, or for an important team meeting or board meeting.  It can comfortably accommodate up to 50 delegates in a theatre style, and up to 24 in classroom or U shaped set up.

It is also a great choice as a break out room when hired in conjunction with our larger Cathedral Ballroom or Garden Suite rooms and it can also be an excellent choice for an intimate private dining arrangement as part of your conference.

When preparing the meeting room rates we have learned that no two conferences or meetings are the same.

Your requirements may vary depending on many factors such as the obvious of how many delegates will attend, through to the less obvious factors such as the time of year or the day of the week when you wish to hold your event with us.

We have shown pricing below as accurately as we can, based on our experience of planning the most common types of meetings, conferences and events.  However to ensure you get the correct price for your meeting, conference or event, please contact our team to discuss your requirements in full.

Day Delegate Rate includes:
