Chef De Cuisine Paul Cuthbert shortlisted in the CIS Excellence Awards for the Banqueting and Events Chef Award

The shortlist has been released for the 2020 CIS Excellence Awards, in partnership with Delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the awards – which should have taken place at the end of May last year – reopened for entries in the summer after the health crisis interrupted the nominations process in March 2020.

We are thrilled to announce that Ayr Racecourse & Western House Hotel's Chef De Cuisine Paul Cuthbert has been shortlisted for the Banqueting and Events Chef Award in the CIS Excellence Awards, a fantastic achievement!
