If you choose our 24 Hour Delegate Rate and your meeting is a smaller party, you might opt to dine in our Jockey Club Restaurant and enjoy the dining experience, for larger parties we can set aside private dining and you can choose from the same menu. 

Alternatively if you have a working lunch then our range of meal choices throughout the day will complement your agenda perfectly, choose from:

Western House Hotel offers you a number of different meeting and venue spaces within the property. 

Our Cathedral Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 180 delegates and can also be easily arranged as an exhibition space, with its bright and airy feel thanks to the flood of natural light from the feature windows overlooking our Garden.

For smaller parties our Study is the perfect choice as a break out or small meeting room and our Garden Suite is ideal for slightly larger groups who are looking for a functional yet intimate space.

I am writing on behalf of BMI Carrick Glen Hospital to thank you and your staff once again for organising our AGM at Western House. The venue is beautiful and the meal was excellent and enjoyed by all of our guests, please pass on our thanks to the chef and his team. Please also thank the waiting staff as once again their service was impeccable. A special thanks must also go to Nathan who assisted me with a technical hitch which I would not have been able to fix without his assistance. I very much appreciate his very clam approach to helping me out when panic was about to take over. You really have a great team and it makes choosing a venue for our AGM easy each year!
