An Evening of Whisky & Fine Dining

Join us for an exclusive Whisky Tasting Dinner hosted in partnership with Torabhaig – one of the Isle of Skye’s most exciting new distilleries – and Mossburn Distillers.

This intimate evening will be led by Torabhaig Brand Ambassador Stewart Dick, who will guide guests through five carefully selected Torabhaig whiskies – each with its own unique character and story. The specific drams will be kept secret until the night for a true tasting experience.

Your evening begins with a three-course dinner inspired by the bold flavours of Scotland, perfectly complementing the whisky selection:

Isle of Wight Tomato & Cured Ham Bruschetta
with Smoked Mozzarella, Pine Nut Pesto & Balsamic Glaze on Toasted Sourdough

🍽 Main Course
Chicken Balmoral
with Confit Shallot, Buttered Turnip & Carrot, Fondant Potato
and a rich Torabhaig Whisky Pepper Sauce

🍮 Dessert
Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée
with Hazelnut & Arran Gold Ice Cream
